Summary: Very nice and convenient hotel. The room was very comfortable and very well furnished. Highly qualified staff, all speak English very well and are super honest. I had lost my Apple Pencil and it was kept for me to come back and collect it.

Summary: The hotel was very aesthetically pleasing. I liked the styling of the room and valet parking was included with our stay at no additional charge even though the booking mentioned self parking. The AC in the room was pretty terrible though. Even at the lowest temperature setting and highest fan speed, the room would not cool down. It also felt like the in-room fridge wasn't performing well either. There's no guest ice machine so every time I wanted ice, I had to go to the hotel bar/restaurant to ask for ice and water which wasn't a problem but I could only do it when it was staffed. We are breakfast, but we felt we were overcharged because Expedia states the breakfast only costs 200 Turkish Lira, but we were charged over 600 Turkish Lira per person. I likely won't be staying at this hotel again and probably opt for the Hilton in the area if I choose to return to Ankara.

Summary: Everything was amazing! The staff were really kind and helpful. The location is excellent - within walking distance to many shops, bars, and restaurants, yet the hotel area was quiet. The breakfast was delicious and had many options. We loved our stay here. We would love to stay again!
