Positive: The villa nice and big. Comfortable for a family or bigger companies. Raj is very helpful. He is always there to help you. It is a quiet place so you can have a good rest. AC-s work fine in the bedrooms and there are fans for the common areas - living rooms, kitchen. Would return in the future and it is recommended for everyone.

Raj the Manager/Caretaker will go to any length to assist in anything whatsoever to make our stay comfortable and he is a very good person.Highly recommend this place. 3. You can feel the positive vibes in this house.

Positive: The residence is very much worth every cent and the location is close to the main city area, hospitals and other shopping areas as well. However, the best part of our stay was the caretaker that came with the residence, Chandhra. Chandhra was helpful in every way possible, by getting us groceries and other goods that we needed on a day-to-day basis and also by communicating with the local taxi drivers and food delivery people when they needed directions to the residence. He kept the house spotless and was always at the door with a welcoming smile when we returned tired after a day of shopping, etc. He offered to cook us meals (local dishes) multiple times as well. Few people are as kind-hearted, caring, and honest as Chandhra and I am extremely grateful that he was there for me and my family. He made us all feel comfortable and safe as well.

Negative: The doors to the rooms and toilets could use a bit of maintenance as some of them are a bit hard to open and close and a couple of the locks didn't work properly. But, overall it was not a major nuisance.

Summary: Stay is worth every cent and you get a huge bonus: the caretaker
