Summary: Staff was very busy with an event and I understand it but the way they tread us was too bad compared with other places I have been.

Kay Apr 22, 2026 05:09:45 PM
Summary: There was not a single thing I could find fault with this hotel. Immaculate decor everywhere with high end fixtures and fittings throughout the hotel and its rooms. Only a very short walk to the U-bahn and other trains made it a fantastic place to have as a base to get around Berlin. Definitely recommend this place!
Michael Apr 12, 2026 03:17:00 PM
Summary: The room was not as clean as one would wish. The floor was definitely not cleaned before our visit. The scrambled eggs were not warm the first morning and the bacon was missing. The sausages looked old and shabby, as if they would have been heated from the morning before.

Summary: Ok
