Summary: We found a very nice, new refurbished, clean house and had a great time. The house is in walking distance to the atlantic beach, using a bike you can reach in a few minutes the wonderful open market and several restaurants. We used our car just a few times within 2 weeks. Cap Ferret is marvelous, we definetely will come back.
