Positive: It was comfy enough. Hot shower Comfy bed and cooking facilities etc
Negative: Host demanded $100 cash or pay ID before she handed the keys over. As a person with out pay ID. And leaves early on the morning leaving cash was not an option
Summary: It’s ok if a hotel isn’t available near by it’s ok

Positive: Unit was very clean and well appointed. Great value for money and well located for activities around castle hill
Negative: I booked and paid in June with the property being non refundable. However the day before the booking i was advised their policy changed and a cash security deposit was now required. There was no mention of this when i booked.I wasn't comfortable with the short notice given or paying by cash or payID as it was outside the secure platform of the app which meant no buyer protection. The host was good at discussing the concerns and worked to get a resolution that was mutually acceptable. They issued a receipt as proof of payment. There were no issues and the deposit was refunded promptly after checkout. Personally, if the house rules changed after booking, I think a better course of action would've been to cancel and refund the booking at the time the new policy was introduced so customers have adequate time to rebook and accept the new policy instead of getting a surprise the day before

Positive: Off street parking, private access to the accommodation and access to a private courtyard. The whole accommodation was spotless, the beds were comfy and kitchen was well appointed. Hosts were friendly too
Negative: There wasn't anything that disappointed us

Positive: Unit was private, clean and comfortable. It is in walking distance to shops.
Negative: We would have preferred receiving information about accessing the unit the day before rather than the morning of the day we were due to arrive. We missed the email with the instructions on how to access the unit as we were travelling. The property is on a busy road and although reasonably quiet, being situated behind the main residence, traffic noise began from around 5.30am.
