Positive: The view for the apartment was as good as it could get in Nerja. The balcony and facilities were 1st class. Gas BBQ too!

Negative: We had a couple of electrical issues with the washing machine and electric hob but these were fixed immediately without any trouble.

Positive: Location high up meant for a good view and sun on balcony from 10am till 6pm (February). Smart tv. Kitchen fully equipped. New walk in shower. Quick response by hosts. Stop for local bus 1 euro into town was nearby.

Negative: Seating ok but could have been more comfortable, however we are 60.

Summary: Great location, nice looking apartment.

Positive: The apartment was clean and reasonably well equipped. Located in a resort of similar properties, I would guess mostly holiday homes, it had beautifully maintained gardens and communal pool. The private terrace was a good size with comfortable outdoor furniture, parasol Gas BBQ and awning. The location was quiet. Parking was easy and closeby. Two supermarkets were also closeby., and within walking distance. It was about a 15 min walk to/from Burriana beach and access in/out of the.town to visit other places was easy.

Negative: The bathroom drains were a bit smelly.. The bedroom curtains were a bit thin to keep out the streetlights. (We live in the countryside and are used to it being dark at night)

Positive: Exceptional, very helpful and honest staff. We would have loved a few more days and will definitely book again and recommend.

Negative: A car is a must have but that's because getting taxis out of Nerja at night isn't very easy. There is a bus outside the apartment into town but getting back you would need to get a taxi.

Positive: Location was good - the terrace was very nicely tiled and ample seating outside although a few sun loungers would be good.

Negative: The 2nd bedroom with the bunk beds felt a little claustrophobic and not much space - if the apartment was filled to capacity i.e 6 guests, there would not be enough comfortable seating in the living room.

Positive: The property was lovely, in a great location Just a 15 min walk into the main town of Nerja and a bit of a stroll down the hill to the beach (may want to get a taxis back up the hill though) Sam and Ana were great hosts and always a phone call away for any info All the facilities were great, the pool , the BBQ we made great use of them all , our family will definitely be coming back to Oasis 16 when we next visit Nerja

Negative: Maybe some small updates of the shower and the iron, apart from that nothing
