Positive: As described. Rural farm stay. Staff, likely the owners, extremely accommodating. Close to Milan and Como. Food was excellent. Lots of mountain biking. Great scenery.

Negative: Not sure there was really AC. But even in July when we stayed, it was nice. Cool nights and open windows with a fan were totally sufficient. Very comfortable. Bring an electric cooler to keep a few items in the room such as beer, wine, and charcuterie.

Summary: Recommended.

Negative: Individual travelers shoved aside to provide for groups. Little in the way of lounge space, and that gets sacrificed to group celebrations.

Summary: Probably a good mid-week destination, but definitely not for weekends.

Positive: Old rustic building with modern facilities. Nice courtyard , large room , very serene and peaceful. A good location for visiting lake como, Milan etc. Nice restaurant

Negative: Breakfast was ok, restaurant staff were very nice not much input from desk staff. Pool would have been great.
