Positive: Nice Location - only 10 minutes by foot to the beach. Clean rooms and friendly hosts. Breakfast was good as well. Gated community. Did arrive before the check-in time and the host offered coffee and water.

Positive: The wifi did not work very well. We had some problems with heating, but our host helped and fixed it very quickly! The location was very good and we think in summer time to spend time in the garden it's a big plus!

Negative: The information about the apartment given by the owner is misleading. 1-The apartment is located underground 2- in this underground apartment there is only one bedroom and a kitchen with a bunk bed 3- there are still repairs in the area accommodation 4-we never found where the two single beds were that were described in the accommodation, because when we argued with the owner that we had booked 4 normal beds, he put us in a double room with a bathroom on the upper floor, which did not lock. 5-initially we communicate via WhatsApp in English,but at check-in, the person who greeted us spoke only Italian,which is a problem when you are not Italian. 6-if you want to use the kitchen they require a fee of 25 euro. 7-if you do not have this apartment, after the long walk and relax in the garden, as shown in the pictures, it is impossible. Because as soon as you arrive, they explain to you that this is a residential building and you must keep quiet and not talk outside 8-don't expect breakfast, you will get a small pot of coffee (no enough for 4 people), milk and juice. Тhere were desserts and crackers left upon our arrival,this was most likely for breakfast but we didn't understand why at the other places we stayed it was a compliment.
