Positive: We had a fantastic stay and would happily book this apartment again. From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly helpful and responsive, answering all of our questions. On the day of check-in, she reached out to personally welcome us, which was a lovely touch. When she realized we had arrived on an international flight with young kids and several suitcases, she kindly met us at the reserved parking area (about an 8-minute walk away) and helped us transport all of our luggage to the apartment. That level of care and hospitality made a huge difference after a long journey. The location couldn't be better. It's on one of Lazise's best streets, with restaurants, gelaterias, cafés, the beach, parks, and everything else you need just a short walk away. Despite being in such a lively and vibrant area, the apartment was surprisingly quiet thanks to its excellent soundproofing, so we enjoyed peaceful nights throughout our stay. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our family. Overall, this was an excellent stay with an exceptional host. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and attention to detail, and we would definitely stay here again if we return to Lazise.
Negative: It's not a major issue, but something to keep in mind if you're traveling with heavy bags. There is no elevator, so you'll need to carry your luggage or shopping up two flights of stairs.
