Positive: I left my entire suitcase in a coin Locker at the aquarium next door and didn't realize until after the aquarium closed. The people at the front desk were so kind and they lent me a charger. They asked if I needed anything else but I was okay to struggle through the night by myself. I felt very well taken care of.

Negative: I was disappointed by both the number of options and the quality of the breakfast. Three out of five is the most I could give it.

Positive: The hotel is on the seafront so you have a good view from the windows. The room was large. As we had half board we had a really fantastic evening meal. This was the best meal we have had in Japan in the two weeks we have been here.

Negative: We found the rooms dated and the beds were very hard. Unfortunately this meant we were not able to sleep well.
