Positive: The bed was super comfy with good quality linen. The location is very quiet with long distance views of the Long Mynd. The conservatory adjoining the bedroom was a bonus with a sofa, table microwave, kettle, toaster, small fridge and coffee maker for simple breakfasts or reheating meals. Parking is on site and easy. Tea, coffee and milk is provided. The wi fi was good.

Negative: I knocked on the farmhouse door and found someone in the kitchen who opened up the conservatory but conversation was limited and perfunctory. In particular we were not told there was no hot water from that tap in the sink. The cistern on the toilet took half an hour to fill and we resorted to filling it from the kettle if we needed to flush the toilet. Although there is a microwave, etc, two small plates are provided and limited cutlery etc. There was no scrubber or cloth for washing up which is probably why one of the mugs provided was less than sparkling. Although there is a TV point there is no TV or radio which was OK as the evenings were light and we could occupy ourselves. There was no wardrobe or chest for clothes just some hooks on the back of a door. There wasn't even a coat hanger so I had to resort to hanging my dress over the curtain pole and leaving everything else in suitcases on the floor The address given is Prees Green and when booking, I booked because of that location. I was sent detailed instructions as the farmhouse is in a rural location and some distance from the postcode. When I worked out where there was, the location is nowhere near Prees Green which is an hour's drive north. This needs correcting on the booking.com website. As we were visiting a house near Prees Green on our second day there and didn't want to bother retracing our steps, we didn't stay for the third night. It's a shame as the accommodation could be lovely.
