Positive: The proximity to all tourist locations and the facilities around.

Negative: There was smell of stale food throughout our stay of 2 nights. Staff was supportive that i received a call and assured that they didnt smell anything but we did all the way through. Unfortunately there was no other apartment available. Having stayed in other serviced apartments we have been offered the ground floor or first floor as we have a toddler without us asking for it but due to some reason we were not offered ( though nobody is obligated to offer but we felt more looked after wiith others). All in all not a bad experience but not great either.

Positive: Comfort bed and great location. Always found parking. It had everything you needed, even tho I brought all my own stuff.

Negative: Overall, ok and well presented but under closer inspection, some things need to be replaced. The accommodation served its purpose.

Positive: The location was good. There were parking spaces throughout the time of stay. Good and modern facilities. Easy check in and out. We felt safe in the apartment. There was some tea and beverages left to start the stay. The host are easily reached.

Negative: The freezer part of the fridge freezer was not functioning so my frozen foods went bad. The toilet floor and walls were dirty and dusty. The dustbin cover inside the bin was very dirty. There were cobwebs in the toilet and a terrifying spider inside the bath.. There was also a empty packet of crisps on the floor of the living room just under the sofa bed. Underneath the sofa bed was not hovered. I think the apartment was hurriedly cleaned and not much attention given to it.

Summary: Good and modern facility with good location but cleanliness was below expectation.

Positive: Beds very comfy and linen very good. Bathroom very nicely decorated and a very good shower. Slight issue with wardrobe door which was fixed within a hour of reporting great service.

Negative: Decor in main living area and cupboard doors looking a little tired. Radiators need a good clean.
