Positive: Rooms were very big as we book for 3 adults, nice view, big washroom and staff was very friendly.

Negative: We have given a room and as we entered we found shower was broken , water logging and there was no hot water plus washroom door once locked not able to open however we inform them immediately and they changed our room but i am surprised that when they are aware about these things why they give that room to guests without fixing things. Outside area was a bit dead.

Positive: Nice big room and enjoyed our stay. Pls consider having a small cloth rack in the balcony to dry the clothes. Room service took more than 30 mints to bring our order. Good breakfast buffet.

Positive: location room size Buffet dinner item was customized for my child. Extra support from kitchen.

Negative: mosquito bedsheets with pills (irritating) Shower chamber water draining so inadequate. It got stagnant all the time. It made floor wet all time. after one night stay....hoyel.management offered me upgrade. I dont know why....!!!

Positive: Location is nice and you have an excellent view being on the hotel's roof. Highly recommended. Buffet dinner and breakfast also available. Staff is friendly and helpful
