Summary: The Staff was the outstanding factor that affected our stay. They were, without exception, friendly, personable and competent. The Guest and the Guest Experience was clearly their number one priority. The hotel is beautiful but I noticed a number of issues indicating a lack of upkeep. Light strings with several bulbs burnt out, the mini fridge in our room was not serviceable, One exterior elevator out of service. I love the SNUG restaurant but the menu was disappointing. Individually small issues but gathered together they negatively impact your stay. The great staff saved the day.
