Summary: Stay was ok, our fireplace was broken and our tv was broken. When we arrived in our room, I went to sit outside and our balcony had no chairs that would fit on the balcony so I called the front desk and he said that some have big balcony’s and some have none. We went to the pool one morning and we had gone to get a breakfast sand to eat. We were told that we weren’t allowed to bring outside food in despite us sitting at a table and not up at the pool. The second day we got a menu and it had virtually no breakfast items on it at all, so we left again. Also it asked if we were celebrating anything when we made the reso. And I wrote on it that I had been diagnosed with a terminal blood cancer. Approx a couple of months ago, they told me I was in remission and that was what we were celebrating. Not one person said anything about my celebration. So unimpressed.

Summary: our stay was amazing except I didn’t know you need to put your name down for the pool lounge chairs. I was really disappointed when I showed up. I had to wait a few hours just to lay down on the lawn chair. you have to come in person to put your name down nothing over the phone.
