Positive: We did not have breakfast during our stay. The living room was the highlight of our stay it was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect. we just walk to all the attractions that we want to enjoy as well as the restaurants are just walking distance

Positive: Cosy, very clean, extremely well located with nice views. If you're a small group, this flat is great to spend a night or more in dinant, enjoy dinant evasion activities, and have a walk close to la meuse. Lots of options for lunch/dinner/icecream near by!

Positive: Great location and lovely apartment.

Negative: The host: upon arrival I found that she intended to sleep in the apartment with us and this was not listed as a shared space. After a conversation she says that she slept elsewhere but didn’t disclose her plans either way. As I was going to breakfast at 11:00am she asked for the key, insisting that I check out at that time, but the listed checkout time was 1:00. So I packed up and checked out immediately and sent a screen shot of the listed check out time to her. After that she sent personally insulting texts to me, saying “you act high class but you are not, I’m reporting you for fraud…” I had made a mistake on the number of guests in the booking but cleared it up an paid extra immediately, so she’s accusing me of fraud. In fact she insisted that the additional payment for my niece and nephew be paid by cash only; I complied. The host of the property runs an ice cream shop that’s on the ground level and the property is above it. We’d bought ice cream from her and it began raining. We were standing under the awning for shelter from the rain eating ice cream and she suddenly rolled in the awning, soaking us and other customers. I’ve read In reviews since leaving that this host will manufacture photos of damage done by tenants to her property that didn’t happen. After this experience I believe that this is a strong possibility.

Positive: Property is within walking distance to a lot of activities, has a great view, very clean and the property manager allowed us to store our luggage for the day while we explored the city.

Negative: Everything was great. I was a little worried reading prior reviews about having to give a 300 euro’s deposit but had no issues getting my deposit back. There is a lot of stairs for your luggage to carry up.

Summary: Would totally stay here again. It is great location for family’s.

Positive: It is a brand new clean and renovated apartment. All furniture is completely new. The kitchen is fully equipped! The location and view is unbelievable!

Negative: No towels to dry yourself after showering. Even when we told the owner that we didn't bring them she could help us. No ventilators or airco it was a very hot day! Later in the night the fresh wind brings some cooling down. Check-in between 17-18 is very late. (We could enter at 16:30u)
