Positive: Super nice and very accommodating host. The location is very quiet and safe despite a car repair shop around the corner. There is a washing machine(!) and lots of table games. The kitchen has all the basics and some extra like bio vinegar and olive oil. We were very comfortable there.
Negative: Could be nice to have a dryer for clothes. Otherwise the location is fully equipped.
Summary: Small but comfortable place

Positive: Property was much nicer and much bigger than it looked in the pictures. It was very well equipped, spotlessly clean, very comfortable and ideally located in the countryside , but close to Lagos. Milton could not have been a more helpful and welcoming host, he did everything he possibly could to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. All the little extras supplied - water, coffee etc. and vegetables from his garden were much appreciated.
Summary: An absolute gem!
