Positive: The whole experience feels luxurious and a real treat. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The gym is excellent, well-equipped and welcoming.

Negative: There was nothing I didn't like, I had been concerned that as a 'fitness hotel', I would feel out of place but I didn't at all, it was the perfect balance of health and treat.
