Positive: Stay , Food and Service were all excellent. However the facilities like Games room was not fully functional , Water sport facilities on site was not available, tours guide, Outdoor swimming pool, it would have been even more wonderful if they were available/functional . The Manger Anil was a wonderful person, help in lot of things.

Positive: The property is beautiful, a very quiet spot. The rooms in the main cottage are very spacious and clean. Mathew gave us tips for walks in the area and helped arrange a taxi for the day. The food is great and very reasonably priced.

Negative: We stayed in the treehouse on our last night - its got a beautiful view, but is a little small and feels a bit tired inside.

Negative: Rooms were not cleaned to welcome the guests. When we asked them to clean it they didn't attend it. Then I had to ask him to hand a broom to us to clean the floor by ourselves at least. Beddings and and toiletries were not up to the expectations... Bathrooms were not clean.

Positive: The property is amazingly beautiful. The host is very kind and cared very well for us during our stay. The staff are also very friendly. We stayed only for a night but definitely worth another visit. Highly recommended!

Negative: The location of the property is quite remote, and a Google Map can be treacherous to follow. Especially if you are visiting from another city, the signal is very poor, and the map misdirects as the path is windy and the location is interior. Please call the host for proper directions or hire a knowledgeable local driver. We were lost at some point, and we were thankful that the local people helped us. It is a homestay, with minimal food options that could be enhanced. But very tasty food, so not really a complaint, more of a suggestion. The room we stayed in needed more cleaning, as the refrigerator and toilets were not so clean. This should be taken care of. Overall, a fantastic, peaceful place to stay, really far far away from the crowd!
