Positive: Beautiful suite, with gorgeous views over the south of England.

Negative: The only issue for us was the high step to get into the bath for a shower. Because we are elderly this was a little tricky. But this says more about us than the hotel. In hindsight a room with a walk in shower would have been better.

Summary: Excellent venue to celebrate my 70th birthday.

Positive: Aircon is great in the room. Spa is also very nice

Negative: Prices were high and not included refrigerator. Some of the staff were lovely, some of them very eccentric.
