Positive: Perfect location in historical Podil district. Just a few minutes to underground and funicular line. The room was spacious. There is no elevator at the hotel, which was not a problem for me, but should be considered by those for whom this is important
Negative: At the time of my stay restaurant was not working. Again it is not a problem as You can have breakfast from 08:00 o'clock at the nearest restaurants.

Positive: I like that hotel has parking slots as in that area of a city usually hard to find free parking slot. Staff is very polite and friendly
Negative: The room itself was dusty and I found broken glass in the bathroom. We had a room on the first floor with a windows to a main street - it is loud outside and you can’t open curtains as everyone from the street will see the entire room - keep in mind when asking for a room. As in evening there were drunk and loud people outside.

Negative: Room under a roof window is not optimal when drones are shot down close by. No shelter.
