Negative: Still don't like German square pillows! Really uncomfortable, please have rectangular options available as well for us poor Brits!

Positive: The kitchenette is great. The size of the room was also nice. Plenty of space.

Negative: There was a really weird smell in the lounge amd no windows to ventilate. Very odd and I had to walk through each time to get to my room. There were 2 polo shirts hanging in the closet. They must have been from the previous tenant. That was not nice to find.

Summary: Comceptually cool place just needs a bit of attention to cleanliness.

Positive: Cleanliness. Digital check in and check out. Entering the building and the room using a digital code. Kitchen. Plenty of space in the wardrobe and closets. Sufficient amount of tableware and kitchen appliances, including a capsule coffee machine. We could drink tea or coffee as soon as we entered the room.

Negative: Considering the general cleanliness, it was unusual to find stockings from previous visitors under the sofa. Cooking was risky due to the possibility of triggering the fire alarm. We were woken up several times by fire trucks responding to the fire alarm. There were not enough power outlets near the bed to connect the air fan and phone charger. Limited selection of TV channels, outdated Smart TV, inability to use Chromecast and AirPlay.

Negative: The hotel has two buildings. The luggage storage, water fountain and gym are all located in one of them. But there's no internal access from one building to another, meaning you need to go out, cross a carpark to access the facilities if your room is in another building. This is such a hassle. Also there are steps at the building entrance, very luggage unfriendly. Luggage storage is by electronic code and many of the lockers are broken. The staff does not seem to be bothered fixing them. They just encouraged guests to find one that is working. How weird!

Negative: Staff were super rude. We booked two rooms, one for me and one for my old parents. They gave us rooms in two different buildings. When we called customer service to inform i will have to be atleast on the same floor as i have to check on my parents often, staff was super rude, showing attitude and saying she can’t do anything about it. Luckily customer service via WhatsApp and on a second call were kind enough to understand our issue and found solution for the day after. But it was quite terrible reaching there after 6-7 hours of travel with old parents and having to solve this issues for 1.3 hours over the phone!

Summary: Close to shopping mall. One bad staff ruined the experience. No ac in the rooms. Will probably not be back!
