Positive: The apartment was a good size for our group. It was warm and well furnished.

Negative: We had a lot of trouble getting access when we arrived. The codes provided didn’t work.After calling the host for support we were out on hold for over an hour on the phone, with a generic call centre. Our call was left on hold (for an hour) and we were forgotten about. Messaging via the app was pointless as it seemed to be controlled by a bot and not a real person. Overall the experience with the customer support was bad and we wasted a lot of time trying to get access to the apartment after long travel day, we also missed dinner reservations and had to order Uber eats, instead which was terrible. The next morning a cleaner walked straight into the apartment after a soft knock on the door, and walked in whilst we were in bed, very invasive.

Positive: Near several bus stops and a grocery store. Apartment building was generally quiet. Large studio with comfortable bed and plenty of closet space.

Negative: Not a great place to walk alone in the evenings, nothing to do nearby. Room with a balcony overlooks an industrial yard. Overall the room was very clean but the refrigerator was dirty. The entrance door was tricky; sometimes the code worked on the first try but it usually took multiple tries. Digital key usually didn't work.

Positive: The bathroom is very large.

Negative: The TV only broadcast one station and they could not fix it. The outdoor disposal facility did not open. The hotel is far from the city center and the tram that takes there is a ten-minute walk away.
