Positive: Location was great. Overlooked the bay.
Negative: Beds had no proper sheets. They were not clean. We saw the owner shaking the covers after guests had left & hanging them over the balcony without putting on clean covers. Bed upstairs was fine. My children slept on a concrete floor downstairs with a thin cover underneath them. The kitchen was not clean. Couldn't face using the microwave as it was dirty. Bathroom was not clean & smelt!

Positive: The staff was very helpful and the location was good for our group to hang out at and BBQ. The vew to the beach was excellent at sunset. We had a lot of fun.
