Pretty storybook cottage very roomy with quality inclusions set on 2 acres of garden surrounded by other large properties, nature and birdsong. The cottage is set away from the main house so that you have complete privacy. We are in a quiet location yet only 10 minutes drive from Emerald Township where the famous Puffing Billy Steam Train is located.
Carramar cottage contains a Gas Log fire, Queen size Bed, Large shower and full kitchen. Peace and Quiet. Feels like country but close to town. Emerald is a vibrant town with plenty amenities including cafes, bars, gift and clothing shops as well as chemists, banks and post office. Be sure to book at least one day in advance.

Summary: The cottage was everything we wanted. We expected the weather to be cold and rainy, so having a spacious cottage with a gas log fire as well as ducted heating was really wonderful. There was also a wide variety of books and DVD's. The cottage was the cleanest we've ever been to and just so peaceful and relaxing. I would thoroughly recommend this cottage.

Summary: Jenny was a great host who communicated everything I needed well in advance. Carramar cottage is picture perfect on a hill in a peaceful rural area. The cottage has all the amenities you need, is spotlessly clean, cosy and warm with stunning views of the gardens and beyond. The bed is comfortable and the bedroom is very dark and quiet at night giving me restful sleep each night. It was a much needed break from the hustle and bustle and I will definitely stay again.
