Positive: Wonderful place with a most friendly staff during our stay, felt like at home! They helped a lot when we realized that our permits is other sector, it was solved like in 10 minutes. When you are at this place it seems that you are inside the jungle. Lovely

Positive: The best of the lodge is the people that manage it and work there Gloria and other team members are excellent!! She helped us a lot during our stay

Negative: The lodge has a difficult access road… specially when it rains

Positive: We loved our stay at Nshongi Camp while going Gorilla Tracking in Bwindi Forest. Great, location right next to the park gate. The accommodations were wonderful with lots of hot water and really nice rooms! The food here was also amazing, chef Julius is the man! Also we really appreciated how well Gloria, Provia and the rest of the team looked after us when we stayed with them. They made us feel at home and were amazing hosts that went well above and beyond what was expected!

Positive: Amazing location, great birding, nice staff, helpful staff, upgraded me for free, free laundry service (pls tip), close to the small town, good food. It is really a paradiss in nature for a fair price.

Negative: Food is a bit pricey. $10 for a simple breakfast is a bit much for uganda but it was very good.

Positive: Perfect location for Gorilla trekking. Very friendly staff willing to help and make sure you have a good time. Food is good. Beautiful place right next to Bwindi park.

Positive: Most amazing place where I have ever stayed. In the middle of the jungle, 5 minutes walking distance from the national park gate. They also helped to get the permit for gorilla treking. The staff is very helpful. The food is amazing. Thank you for your hospitality.

Positive: It is located in the heart of the valley, right on the edge of Bwindi Forest - so there is a lot of wildlife and bird watching right on your doorstep!

Negative: Power is not always available, however this is common in this area, and a generator is turned on at night time to charge and use light.
