Summary: Overall it was okay. I wanted a non smoking room but unfortunately got the smoking room which was smelly.

Summary: The check in process was so terrible. Initially one gentlemen by name Adbul or Ahamed was there. After spending few minutes he said some one will takecare and left that place and moved to next counter. Then one Mr Lokesh came and he took nearly 10 minutes to give the room key. I asked him is there any issue in the booking and he said no. I told him that i am a silver member of Accor ALL and hardly any response from him. I stayed there only for couple of hours as i check in the Morning and then checked out. May be a proper training to them would help.
