Summary: Checkin and room service could be improved. Very crowded at most times in lobby and restaurants.

Summary: After my stay in 2023 I said that I would never stay at this hotel again. But I decided to give it another try. In 2023 the only thing great was the manager and staff in the restaurant. That year the rest of the staff acted like I didn’t exist. Unfriendly didn’t even start to describe the staff in the rest of the hotel. However this year it was an entirely different story. From the time we walked in the door to the time we checked out, the staff actually acted concerned about me. They went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The only thing that was disappointing was when I went to take a shower after a four hour ride only to find the hottest you could get the water was not even Luke warm. I asked the individual that was traveling with me if he had any hot water in his room and he said no. He said it wasn’t even warm.

Summary: The property was good, decent ambiance and the staff was attentive. But the room and amenities were not to standard. The coffee pot had water from the previous guest and the blankets had stains on them. For being an expensive hotel in the area, the room was not on point.
