Summary: Good hotel in proximity (20 min taxi) to the Jakarta international airport. A door into the neighbor upscale mid-sized TangCity mall directly from the hotel lobby. Very good and diverse breakfast buffet. Nice pool and outdoor area next to it. Friendly and helpfull staff.

Summary: Room not clean, there was fingerprints on the cabinet door handles and stains on the table. I stayed in 7/floor, once I stepped out from the escalator there was the smell of old carpet. The pro is the outdoor bar next to the swimming pool. It was good to have dinner there when not hot in the evening. Quite relaxing to lay on the sofa with a glass of cocktail and nice food.

Summary: Our experience started off on the wrong foot with a slow check-in process and no acknowledgment from the receptionist, which made us feel unwelcome. The hallway and room were noticeably warm—perhaps cozy in winter, but uncomfortable in a tropical climate like this. After settling into the room, we waited 30 minutes for our luggage to arrive, only to end up calling reception ourselves. Overall, the lack of attentiveness and poor climate control made for a less-than-pleasant start to our stay.
