Positive: Good location, parking was a nightmare. Expensive and cheaper to park in the neighbouring hotels carpark rather than their own.

Negative: Left my glasses in the room, called the hotel 6 hours after we left. Yes they have my glasses, please fill out the forms. Got the email, filled out the return forms immediately. Called the hotel 3 times a day 9am, 11am and 7pm for 6 days. Not one answer. Called hotel on partners phone, got an answer right away, they were going to post the glasses that day. Never received, could no longer get an answer from my number or my partners number. Terrible service.

Summary: Mediocre, ruined by staff and their inability to post a pair of glasses.
