Summary: We had a wonderful experience with the 6 nights visiting family in Brazil. The hotel is spotless, beautiful decorated and the breakfast was totally amazing. Very friendly service. We will definitely come back. Thank you for the excellent service.

Summary: I needed to type up some work in the evening but the room was very gloomy due to poor lighting. I had to work in the main hotel lobby. Also there was a kettle and teabags in the room but no coffee. I asked for some but they do not provide coffee in the rooms which I could not understand given that I was in Brazil who are a major coffee producer!!!
