Summary: First night was fine we then asked to stay a second night which was not good . The room was not cleaned towels were still wet, no central heating. Dirty cups not clean. Sauna was not working on both days For an executive room it was very dated. Stains on the carpets and a very tired shabby settee Very disappointed in the room

Summary: The breakfast selection was limited and not appetising with hard bacon and dry scrambled eggs- definitely not worth the £18 that it cost. The food at dinner was excellent. The room was a bit cold and the heater did not appear to be efficient and the hot water had to be left running for several minutes before it started to get hot.

Summary: Amazing room and facilities but no hot water! Reception advised turning all the taps on and leave them running for 10 minutes which seemed unethical... Other than that it was a lovely stay with friendly staff and a clean room.
