Positive: Handy stop over when travelling through Europe. Clean throughout with restaurant providing tasty meals.
Negative: Sometimes staff were not as attentive and present as in previous years in the restaurant for both breakfast and evening meal.

Positive: The location was good for us and it had a swimming pool. I liked the half board menu option as well.The rooms were fine and they were clean
Negative: The air conditioning was broken which meant the rooms were extremely hot during our stay. Although not the fault of the hotel but it made for a really uncomfortable nights sleep

Negative: Temperature control of the room was not working or disabled. Reception said they were coming to look at it but no one came and there was no one at the reception when I checked later.

Negative: No-one at Reception when we arrived. The room we were allocated was upstairs. We asked if there was a lift. The Male Receptionist led us to the lift, however, it was 'miles' away, down a long corridor. We both have medical issues that make walking and climbing stairs difficult. We shouted after the Receptionist, who was way in front of us, and asked if there wasn't a room on the ground floor. He then turned around and opened the first room there was on the ground floor right next to Reception! Why on earth couldn't we have been allocated that room initially, instead of one upstairs? Rooms a bit out-dated, swimming pool was not clean and very untidy surroundings.
