Positive: Lovely staff . Spacious room. Loads of free parking outside. Only minutes away from Loads of restaurants.

Negative: The air conditioning was very bad. Room very warm and duvet was way too heavy for the heat of August. But there was a fan provided but very noisy to listen to all night

Positive: The room was clean and comfortable

Negative: The restaurant was really bad! The food for Kids was really bad, also for adults. I even thought they bought finished food in supermarket and served. The restaurant stuff doesn’t speak English and it was really hard to communicate.

Positive: Excellent location on the route to Switzerland and Italy. Gated parking, large clean room with a bunk bed for the kids, the room had.a bathroom and a seperate toilet. Very friendly and helpful staff. We will be staying at the Novotel Mulhouse again in the future.
