Positive: Centrally located in Leuven. Walking distance from Leuven railway station. A pleasant stay as per the value of money.

Negative: Rooms need to be have some upgrade. Wallpapers seem to have coming out at some places. WC and the bathroom was separate. WC was quite cramped. Parking fees overnight is quite high if you keep taking your car overnight
