Positive: The hotel is modern and generally well maintained. My own room was clean, in good condition and nicely furnished. We would like to positively mention the communication with the Guest Experience team regarding my friends’ room. The written apology placed in the room together with a small teddy bear for the child was a very kind and thoughtful gesture, which we genuinely appreciated. The housekeeping staff as well as the lifeguard at the pool were consistently friendly and always greeted us, which stood out in a very positive way.

Negative: We booked two rooms. While my own room was fine, my friends had to change their room multiple times due to allocation and technical issues, which was exhausting after a long journey with a small child and affected the overall mood of our group. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the wellness area. Before booking, we read many reviews on Booking.com and Google Maps mentioning the sauna, which gave us the impression that it was an important part of the hotel, especially in winter. Unfortunately, the sauna was not available during our stay, which was disappointing. A short message from the hotel before arrival would have helped us make a different decision. Another issue was the room temperature. The air conditioning repeatedly reset to 26°C after leaving the room, making it difficult to maintain a cool sleeping temperature, which negatively affected sleep quality. Overall attentiveness from the staff felt inconsistent. Guests were rarely greeted when passing the reception, and staff in the spa area often appeared distracted.

Summary: Good rooms, but communication and comfort need improvement.
