Positive: The room was very good, comfy, with great curtains to block the light. Bathroom was very new, felt recently renovated. Beds and bed lights were also very good to keep reading for a while. I also had the chance to have lunch at the hotel and loved the rolada! All the staff was super friendly and helpful.
Negative: I believe the TV system needs some improvement. I've been to other hotels in PL where the systems were either newer or they just opted for a Smart TV with Netflix/Youtube.

Negative: We booked the room for 2 adults and 2 children, but when we arrived, there were towels and bedding prepared only for 2 adults. The reception sorted it out after we asked, so it wasn’t a big problem, but honestly, we shouldn’t have had to ask for the basics in the first place. The room was very small, although for one night it was fine. What was more disappointing was the mold in the grout between the bathroom tiles. And the parking costs 70 PLN per night, which is just ridiculous, way too expensive
