Summary: Great service and Hotel - all rounder. Me and my wife were upgraded with no extra charge and in particular Avi was very helpful upon arrival and throughout our stay. Food has a Buffett for breakfast and lunch which has a good variety.

Summary: If you are looking for a resort vibe, on a small scale, that is family friendly, this is a great option. We were looking for a little bit of peace and quiet to recharge our batteries and it is exactly what we found staying at the Novotel. Great service, nice infrastructures, lots of food options on site and a pool to enjoy the sun without the crowds of Candolim Beach. The hotel is well located, the beach is a 9-minute walk. The staff was very helpful and keen to give us tips and tricks. Beware of taxi services in the area. Although it has nothing to do with the hotel, it is worth mentioning that it is quite a challenge to move around in Goa for a reasonable price, especially when you are leaving a resort like this (Uber and Goa Miles don’t really work and the fares proposed by drivers are way higher than anywhere else in India). Do your research in advance. Again, nothing to do with the hotel itself, but it can impact your decision. If you are looking for a place to chill, we recommend!
