Summary: We had a nice clean and spacious room with nice decor. We liked the big photo on the wall above the bed. The view was nice and the restaurant downstairs was really good. We appreciated the happy hour drinks and the menu choices. Parking was not on site but the staff were helpful in telling us where we could park for free.

Summary: This time we stayed and it wasn’t great. They know 3 of us stay in room and each day cleaner only put 2 towels. We had to approach front receptionist to request more towels. On 3rd day - cleaners forgot to come and clean our room. We had to approach receptionist to get it cleaned. They did clean it but still 2 towels so we looked at cleaner and said it’s 3 of us so she added one more towel. They did not check shampoo and shower gel bottles - they ran out and we let receptionist know. They did not restock it until we departed. Hotel room has strong smell through air vent from Asian restaurant in ground floor inside Novotel. They will need to build stronger air vent to avoid smell going up to rooms. It happens during evening time. This is not first time. It happened with earlier stay too. Lovely building and centrally located in Devonport town. Accessible to bus and shops.

Summary: The hotel was good, for 2 adults and 2 children I thought the room was rather small. Only a small table and two chairs wasn't sufficient for us eating in the room.
