Positive: 1. Great location. 2. Continuous supply of Muna tea at hotel reception is appreciated 3. Rooms are spacious 4. In house ATM was convenient 5. Staff are welcoming
Negative: 1. Rooms are dimly lit with just two small lamps. Furthermore, light from the window is blocked by neighbouring buildings. Overall led to a pretty dull room atmosphere. 2. Tea/coffee supplies are not replenished regularly by housekeeping 3. Phones didn’t work in our room

Positive: Beautiful property with kind helpful staff. We left our things there to go to Machu Picchu and were late coming back but they still held everything for us. One front desk staff (her name begins with a Y, I think it was Yanet) was very kind to us.
