Positive: Very nice and clean hotel , staff very friendly , even though location is not in the center you still don't need car as in front of the hotel you have the Buss public transportation which you easily can go everywhere you want , I recommend the hotel .

Positive: The hotel staff is very nice and the rooms are good. I previously read a lot of reviews from people that complained about the high temperature, but I suppose they didn't know how to use the thermostat.

Negative: I didn't like the fact that the cleaning lady didn't replace the toilet paper roll when the current one was almost out. Also, the TV is blocked on several channels, and you couldn't even change the audio language. The TV is smart, but you couldn't access any of the smart features. I'd expect a 4 star hotel to have a smart TV that actually works. Any kind of amenities have to be specifically asked for at the reception, and there's not even a mini bar in the room, regardless every room has a mini fridge. Overall, if I hadn't found such a good Booking offer, I'd say the hotel is too pricey for what it offers. I've been in 3 star hotels that offers more stuff than this one.

Positive: The executive room was ultra clean, comfy beds and very friendly staff from reception desk to breakfast team.

Negative: Breakfast area not clean. They clean the tables but instead of taking the table craps from each table on a plate, all ends up on the carpet. I don't like this and expect more in a 4 star facility. Totally in contrast to the clean hotelrooms. Besides this, all was fine.
