Summary: The rooms were really nice and comfortable! Had loads of amenities that we didn't even know we wanted or needed! Also, had drinks provided and had everything ready for our comfort!

Summary: Nice staff, great breakfast, nice lobby with a lot of things to do for kids. The cosest metro station is 25mn away by feet but it's ok. The area is calm, safe and convenient

Summary: My room was facing the south and during the day the sun was heating the room to +25C. I only discovered A/C was not working when I returned from dinner, thinking I cooled down the room, to discover it was actually blowing hot air. It was +30C and the windows can only be opened a bit (security chain). On top of that was there a problem with the tab of my shower, so water was lukewarm. The staff offered no solutions at all.

Summary: Great location very close to Almeda station which has great transportation links. Was advised to get the ten ticket deal which worked out well. Excellent staff at reception housekeeping and restaurant.Have already recommended as good base and has good local restaurants and shops.
