Positive: Security was available 24/7, which made us feel very safe throughout our stay. The location was perfect. The staff were amazingly kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. The Wi-Fi was not perfect but reliable (around 8/10), which is important for us as digital nomads. The room was quite spacious, and the balcony was especially helpful when we both had meetings at the same time. There’s also a common area on the floor that we regularly used for working, which was a great bonus. As digital nomads, our evaluation goes beyond a typical tourist perspective, and this hotel met our remote-work needs.

Negative: The smell coming from the bathroom was not nice. Also, they offer cleaning service twice a week, and I don't think that was enough.

Summary: Great location, amazing staff, but needs some improvement on the cleaning and smell issue

Positive: I stayed at a newly built villa, and it was spotless with beautiful interiors—truly impressive. The staff were friendly and kind, making the experience even better. Breakfast was delivered by the staff each morning, and the noodles and fresh fruits were delicious. Highly recommend!

Negative: The location listed on Booking.com was inaccurate, which made finding the villa quite difficult. Fortunately, Google Maps showed the correct location, but the discrepancy caused unnecessary inconvenience.
