Positive: The host was very nice, he answered all our questions promptly even if it was pretty late in the evening and gave us all the details regarding access to the apartament. The access is with a code (digital key). The apartament was very spacious and clean and the Wi-Fi was good. There is air-conditioning in every room, but we didn't use it. The beds were very comfortable and despite the fact that the apartament is close to Linate airport, the noise is not disturbing. We actually enjoyed looking at the planes that had just taken off.
Negative: The doors crack when you open/close them. The kitchen is best old (the sink should really be renewed), but what is important is that you can find the essentials you need to prepare a meal. The bathtub is pretty small, a shower cabin would be a better option. Parking may be problematic, because most of the spots are for the residents, but we managed to find a white spot (it can be used with a parking disc) on another street, close by.
Summary: A fine stay in Linate

Positive: The host responded quickly on WhatsApp and provided clear instructions for remote check-in. Comfortable beds, a coffee machine, and kitchenware are available. The place is clean and spacious. As an emergency overnight stay near the airport, it’s a good and more affordable alternative to hotels.
Negative: A microwave and kettle are missing (or maybe we just couldn’t find them). Soundproofing is quite poor, planes don’t fly at night, but if neighbors make noise, you’ll hear every word.
Summary: We suddenly needed a place to stay overnight near the airport, and these apartments really saved us

Positive: This little apartment has a lot of good points. The location is ideal for overnights before or after travelling to and from Linate airport. The owner has made some nice touches including really comfy beds, a coffee machine, air con which is easy to use, an iron, charging cables included by the beds and sending clear and easy directions via WhatsApp before our stay.
Negative: The place is tired and in need of some updating. Overall, it was clean enough but it would benefit from a deeper clean. It would not suit someone wanting to be closer to central Milan, as it takes around 40-50 minutes on public transport to reach the Centrale train station.
Summary: Perfect for an overnight crash before or after your flight.
