Positive: Clean. Spacious. Good amenities. Price.

Negative: Unfortunately for that area an enormous snowfall had occurred earlier. The areas roads and streets are a mess. It costs money but better clearing would have been a help.

Summary: High value with only the one lower rating. That was not coveting cleaning staff that were very pleasant and seemed happy
