NO PARTIES POLICY
We have a strict no parties policy at Nosh. While we love people having an enjoyable time at Nosh, parties can cause significant wear and tear and can result in damage to the property. They can also cause a disturbance to the neighbours which is very important to us.
Family get togethers are great, anniversaries and birthdays are great, gatherings of friends and families are great, however if you are looking to have a rip roaring party then Nosh is not the property for you. We appreciate your understanding regarding this policy.
No Pets policy (unless discussed and agreed to prior to your stay. I some cases we will allow dogs provided they are outside only.)
No Smoking in the house.
Guests are responsible for looking after the property, leaving it in good order and in a clean condition. Additional fees apply if the above policies are not observed.

Summary: Very good overall. The living/dining area was excellent for collective gathering and dining of a largish group (11). The building is interesting and prompted much discussion about good and bad architecture and design.

Summary: Nosh was beaut, a really comfortable and pleasant space to spend a weekend. On a very chilly weekend it warmed up nicely (even the separate bunkhouse), great kitchen and plenty of comfy spaces for relaxing.

Summary: Ideal place for a family birthday celebration. Kitchen facilities were great, and a big dining table for games. BBQ needed cleaning before we could use it. We were one bed short for an adult. Otherwise all good.

Summary: We loved our stay at Nosh. The house was very clean, sunny and comfortable and it had everything we needed. There is lots of space for the extended family and kids, and the large dining table is awesome. The host we were quick to reply to a few queries I had. Overall this is a lovely place to stay at (bit of a treat really), and we would definitely stay at this place again when we next visit this area.

Summary: We loved our time at Nosh. It is hard to find accommodation that allows you to stay comfortably with other families and enjoy both your own space and communal space. The kitchen was fabulous as is the surrounds. A short stroll to a fabulous beach.

Summary: What a wonderful spot for a girls getaway - we have been friends since high school so over 25+ years of friendship! Warm and cosy with lots of room and everything was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the beach (we went for a quick dip) and short car ride for coffee and food :) Owners were so helpful, kind and quick to respond to any questions we had. Extra points for putting the heaters on early for us so we had a warm house upon arrival. Thanks for having us, highly recommend!

Summary: The house is excellent for accommodating a big group. We comfortably had 2 families with plenty of space for everyone. We have stayed a couple of times and the owners have been gradually making improvements to make the house more comfortable, new dining chairs and mattresses amongst the updates. Hosts are very obliging and good at communicating availability, including being able to check in early.
