Summary: Getting the TV to pair with our devices didn't work. Worst than that is the staff had no clue how do fix it, nor did they take much interest in anything else. When entering the hotel the front staff didn't say hello or even acknowledge our presence. The hotel felt cold and drab. It is almost like the owners reduced staff as much as possible. Perhaps setting up the hotel to run 100% automated. I am sure there are better places to stay in Canmore AB for the money. Very dissapointed.

Summary: Location, location, location. Our room was on the second floor with a balcony facing an awesome view of the mountains. Just about less than 20 minutes drive to Banff. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Summary: Motel quality and paying premium price for the location. My room bath tub wasn’t working for draining. Would not recommend.

Summary: Nice and confortable place. Unfortunately older wood construction, so simply walking in the corridor was heard loudly in the room. We ended up turning the A/C on to cover up all the noise. Otherwise good location, walking distance from restaurants and grocery stores.

Summary: Great hotel and staff. We stayed during a trip to Banff. The proximity and the fact that the Flix bus station was at the hotel's door was very convenient
