Summary: I gave it a 3 because the maintenance person tried to be helpful even though there was a limit on resources. Most of the rooms had sustained water damage so I was the only guest in street side of the building so the best part was how quiet it was day and night. Had the place to myself, even the office. The cell coverage and WiFi did not reach into the room.

Summary: Should update the pictures. The reason we booked is it showed a hot tub. No longer have one. Pool was super cold. Water out from the tub / shower was orange and brown. For quite some time. Water pressure real low at times so the shower wouldn't work to route the water to. No TV service at all. But the bed was really comfy! I understand things are in progress and being updated. Just really wish there was a hot tub in the pool area like the pics show.

Summary: Friendly front staff- clean room and bed comfie. Facility is very very dated. Pool "out of service" though appeared to be up and running. No direct phone line to hotel.

Summary: Outside our door was either dog or somekind of animal's poop.The outside door also had no bottom weather stripping thus several spiders inside. The floors inside were some kind of vinyl and were gritty to walk on. Bed matress was comfy but sqeaked when rolling over. No sugar or creamer in the container. This is the first time I've ever wrote a bad review.
