Positive: The property and grounds were spectacular, so cosy inside with a lovely big kitchen for cooking Christmas dinner. Tennis court was fabulous too!

Negative: Property was a bit dusty but nothing major - also no wifi which we missed on booking (not a disaster though as we made our own fun!).
