Positive: the location is amazing close to the lake you can even walk to the nearest small beach, the house is clean, Vacasa is very responsive. our gate code stopped working and they fixed it within an hour. they respond to the texts stat.

Negative: we had a family reunion and had 3 cars, however the rental says only 2 parking spots are available and there are anything could be done about it, the third card parked on the premises would be towed. I had several back and force with Vacasa asking to pay additional fee, but there was no way for us to park third car. When we arrived we saw two car driveway perfectly suitable for parking without any parking slip required and in addition to two guests parking spots advertised in the rental. so, you can easily park 4 cars at the property. in addition Vacasa gave me instructions to open lock box and get the keys from the house. the house have an electronic door lock, so no physical key is required. the house is listed for 9 people, however one of the beds is Full and a bit too small for two adults, so the house comfortably fits 8 people not 9.

Summary: very pleasant stay, but a bit of misleading information from vacasa (see above)
