Positive: Appliances on property and cookware available for use. Soaps and lotions available at the showers, televisions were nice quality with different apps available for use. Nice assortment of games and entertainment as well!

Negative: Parking is only for two cars, however there is an overflow lot down the road near the trash compactor (could use clearer directions to it). Also wish that there was a list at the door for checkout responsibilities.

Summary: Really nice property in the Pocono mountains, located in a quiet HOA with nice neighbors.

Positive: Very good property. Smooth check in & out. They even offered early check in & late check out even though we didn’t need the extra services. Community is also very clean & quite. I really enjoyed the stays. Thanks again!

Negative: Only minor things, keypad code is too long and had to tried a few times to open. Maybe it’s just me ^^

Negative: My only complaint is no directions to the garbage dumpster was left and I had to drive around with garbage in my car looking for one. Finally a resident gave me directions.

Positive: The beds were THE BEST! The lighting and ambiance of house was perfect and added to the feel that this was a VACATION.

Negative: Childrens room had no lights, we called to have that fixed and they only handed us the bulbs... with the wrong bulbs at that. Trash compactor was far away and being told about the bear scared everyone!

Summary: I will be back!
